HOW WE WORK.

We are expanding our operations and need territory contract sales professionals to help with the expansion.

Here at ITEX we work with mainly small and medium sizes businesses with regards to their barter service needs. We consult and identify key areas of business operations and assist with new sales, more customers, idle inventory and filling downtime and increasing capacity. In turn we assist these same businesses with saving money by spending ITEX barter dollars for everyday personal and business purchases – without spending cash – by using ITEX dollars instead, thus saving thousands annually and increasing cash flow.

Area Managers work within a defined territory within the province. Our Toronto-based head office provides ongoing support, marketing, administration and leading sales techniques and information to help encourage and support territory development. There are 15 territories in the province under ITEX in Ontario.

Compensation is primarily based on a revenue share model which is a combined residual component with a transaction commission from member account sales and purchase activity. The more ITEX member clients transact, the more transaction commissions are billed, the more revenue is generated by Area Manager and ITEX.
